first and foremost, I was once with mcdonald's too but now no longer.



in mcdonald's they have a structured platform whereby a staff would be trained to perform at the required station. if you performed and show good learning attitude, you may even be chartered for the next level. i started as a trainee and went on to become one of their training consultant before i left the company after 10 1/2 years. there they train you on basic technical skills, basic management skill [if you are an assistant manager and above], basic business skill, basic customer relationship skill and you progress from there on.



i find that those skills i have acquired whilst i was with them served me well when i switch my career path as they are still relevant in today's world. it also give you a different prospective when coming to deal with people.



having said so, it is still up to you to decide which job suit you best as you know yourself best and should choose something that you like.
Yeah UPS....wads there in Mcd...i mean the most u'll become the floor manager...den wad? UPS...u'll become senior after senior after senior...!!! UPS!!!!
