Is BPO not a long term career????
and one has to do night shifts through out the life or for how many years??What should I join WIPRO BPO or MCDONALDS management trainee.I m a hotel management final year student .?
For Hotel Management join McDonalds as Management Trainee
For IT Management join Wipro BPO

I think you should join McDonald's because there is growth. Once you are through with you MT youll Get a decent post there . Call centres is also a good option but only if u want quick money .there is No life. I would recommend you to join McDonald's as I am goin to do the same. Choose wisely
