I know there is one for a person who makes who works with food in the kitchen at McDonalds, but I cannot remember it.

Each career has a different meaning to someone, esp if they are the ones having to do it. Who are you to knock the importance of a job? The next job that you have, think about it. Grease trap cleaner, mopping person, or order taker... think about how you would name your job :)
