On the mcdonalds website when you go to careers you can search to see if they are hiring at mcdonalds in your area. I want to know if they really are hiring because i called one of the places and the guy told me they were just taking applications.Are they hiring or just keep the application?
They are not hiring at the moment, so they will keep your application on file until they do need someone.
This is not as bad as it looks, as McDonald's has a high turnover of staff, as in a lot of people do tend to leave, so you should not have to wait too long.
