What qualification do I need to work in McDonalds?

I am thinking of a career change, and would like to get in to the catering industry, preferably entering as a celebrity chef.

I fancy starting work at a high class restaurant, with a view to working my way up to McDonalds Drive-in at Ardwick Green.

Any suggestions gratefully recieved. What qualification do I need to work in McDonalds?
I think you have to have all traces of personality and or ambition removed.

Also your command of the english language is not up to McDonalds standards.... your question should read:

“Wot fings dos I kned 2 wok in MakDs

M finking of jub change n wud lik 2 get n2 cuking lik dem blokes wot is on TV

I wunt 2 starte sumwez posh n 2 b in driv frew at Ardwick Gren reel soon

Wot ideaz u got”

Please go and study some more, before attempting to apply. What qualification do I need to work in McDonalds?
McDonald's wouldn't be what your caring for. It's Min-Wage and you have to deal with BS to earn more pay and That increase in pay isn't worth your time or effort. McDonald's, None and the less qualified, the better! :P High class and McDonald's aren't what McDonald's is. Try something better. A local Restaurant is one. Also, major chain wise, there's Chilli's, IHOP, Ruby Tuesdays, etc, etc, %26amp; etc. The thing is, that you souldn't expect the greastest of pay, since No body can leave a Tip, similiar to mine, and still survive. Different people and the fact of the matter that I'm not afraid to just walk out, if it's not anywhere I expect! Then again, lucky for them, that it takes much to insult me. I take food at restaurants more cheerfully then what my Father has, who's impatienct, unlike me, at times.
I fear you have left it to late to attempt to seek a career in a high class establishment like McDonalds. One really needs to plan something of this magnitude from birth.. Maybe you could start as a head chef at the Savoy or The Ivy. After a few years at one of these , then Maybe you could start at the very bottom of the McDonalds ladder...It may help if you drop my name at the interview because my dad is called Ronald.. Good luck from Old McDonald..What qualification do I need to work in McDonalds?
My dear man, you just need to be American. I read some statistic once (if stats are to be believed) that stated that at some point in their lives 90% of Americans will have worked at the said establishment. As we Brits tend to follow their model, I suggest that you simply wait your turn.

You may well reach the dizzy heights of the Drive-In and Ardwick Green. But your career move may be accelerated by wearing bright clothes, large shoes, and a curly yellow wig.

Good luck.
i have found that you may need to weigh 18 to 23 stone have greasy hair, acne and have the capability to scratch your ar*e and pick you nose at the same time whilst wiping most of the grease, fat and food down the front of your top and trousers..oh and you must not be able to speak English and have a name badge that looks like it was written in braille,

you must at all times be able to serve as slow as possible and ignore every one who has been waiting more than twenty minutes...so my dear sir if you can master these impossible duties you will be part of the elite group serving botulism in a bun ?What qualification do I need to work in McDonalds?
Judging by how you look in your avatar, I don't think you have the appropriate qualifications for this line of work.

You'd probably be better suited to a career in either being a Doorman or Porter.

Good luck with your job search.
uhh....dont start @ mcdonalds. people do not build up from there. practice your cooking at home and at least start out with something like Subway or Chillis or TGI Fridays. NOT MCDONALDS!!!!! Other companies would see it on your resume and would not hire you
You just need the following..... have just left an under achieving high school, on a council estate. Be three stone over weight, have lank greasy hair, and a faceful of pimles. Good luck. xxx
i wish i had advice,i just wanted to say thank you for the laugh. Good luck though, hang in there and your dreams of working at mcdonald's will come true.
you need an impartial comprehension of the cruelty of the universe to successfully gain long term employment at such an Establishment

A PhD of Ma in dissolutional theology will suitably qualify you
You will need acne, yellow teeth and the ability to repeat the phrase "would you like fries with that?" at least every 5 seconds regardless of wether you are serving anyone or not.
nothin really just u need to now how to cook ............... nice job ahahhahahahahhahahahhahha lol

answer mine http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…
Must be at least 15, long hair hanging in you eyes and the ability to be a smart *** with a pleasant smile. Asked my son, he works there. Lol!
McDonalds is high class?

You need a set of, preferably working, arms.
I'm pretty sure all it requires is a highschool education.
You need to be 15 or 16 and thats it. You also need to get another job because that one kinda sucks!!!
Knuckle drag, flat feet, grunt speech, head gear and dyslexia
I would advise you stay in in your high class restaurant, stick in and stop dreaming about moving up to McD.s ..
I would like to answer this question but fear it may be racist
A Degree in fine Art seams to be the norm.
u need good wrist action to flip those burgersss lol

plzzzz tell me ur kidding :S

wat is the world coming to??

lol
