What happens on a second interview at McDonalds?

I had my first interview on Wednesday and basically all the asked were what hours I could work, I also took them a current report card since I have a 4.2 GPA to show I was responsible. I got a call for a second interview and they said to bring a social security card and a license in case I need it. So what usually happens? And by the way this will be a job to help pay for college and grad school not a career. Thanks!!What happens on a second interview at McDonalds?

The second interview is the first REAL interview (after weeding out the initial losers).



The interview is usually done by the manager themselves or the hiring manager. For the most part, don't worry about what they will ask you. It's usually a lot of repeat questions because one interviewer wants to get to know you just like the first one did.



Be as patient and polite and tactful in your answers as humanly possible. Don't get impatient or snappy in your answers to them because you've been asked soooo many times. lol. Be friendly, smile a lot--they want to see what body language you portray as well. Do you stand or sit tall? Are you clean and well groomed? Do you smell good? Do you speak well? if you have a 4.2 gpa then you should go for a better job, c'mon don't lower your educational standards.
