HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!! (again)?

i now have another problem i want to be an actress when i grow up and i have found a drama group i could join and take part in and also gain a gcse grade, BUT, i have also got a job on saturdays working at mcdonalds and the money is a big help as i have a trip coming up soon and i need to get some nice clothes i really wanna follow my dream, but then i need the money what shall i do also my mum said she will get me and agent for my acting career ???????HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!! (again)?
Its a good start that you are in a drama group. Nice clothes do not make good actors. Marlon Brando was almost living rough when he was discovered. and Posh Spice has shedloads of cash, beautiful clothes and can't act a dime.

Any money you earn, stick it on learning your craft and seeing good movies and plays with good actors so you can pick up some tips. If you are still at school and are genuinely good, try RADA.HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!! (again)?
uduhuhduh...
Okay, what's your question?

You gotta prioritize. Actors act. If you want to be an actress, you had goddamn better learn how to act, unless you plan on becoming a casting couch queen.

Working at McDonalds may give you spending money, but it won't help you win an Oscar.HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!! (again)?
Ask your boss if he can help you fit both in....That's why he is your manager...............
And now you get to learn the secret of life:

You can't do everything, you don't always get what you want, and the world will not magically reallign to make your dreams happen.

Sooo... you can have nice clothing now, or you can have the chance to follow your dream.

It's entirely your choice.

(if you're in your last year of high school, you might want to stop thinking in terms of 'when I grow up' and start thinking in terms of, 'without sacrificing the education I might need to fall back on one day... what can I do NOW to make my dreams happen?')HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!! (again)?
stick with McD's
Do the acting, it will be more useful that some clothes you might not wear again!
cheeseburger and extra fries please
go and do the job with the money you can be an actrist
DooDah-DooDah-Doo the Hootcie Cootcie ! You can have it all !
Why don't you talk to your manager at work and see if they can switch your shift to a Sunday. that way you could do both
Most actors end up acting in local dramatics. Why because there aren't enough jobs to go round.

Have your dream by all means but the fact that you even have to ask this question, means that that is all it is,- a dream.

It is not a gut wrenching need. It is something that you may well be really good at; but you can be good at it at any age in your life and your experience at McDonald's can always be put to good use in" improv" situations later on.

So keep the Saturday job and go for the clothes and the nice trip.

Everything happens for a reason. See if you can spot the reason in this dilemma! Could be the "When I grow up is part of it"

No matter what you decide, good luck!!!
Change your shift at Mc D. and get on with your ambition .

Good luck !
samething with me i want to be an engineer but its hard with all that hard math but anyway working at mcdonalds will not help i would say to try to get a job in that field, anything would help you would learn stuff from that field
Weigh your choices carefully.

On the one hand, following your dream, becoming an actress (80% unemployment rate, lots of stress, lousy pay, great life otherwise if you don't weaken).

On the other, MacJob (clothes now, trip, but the rest of your life lousy pay, lots of stress, stupid boss, and when you're dead, nobody'll even know you ever existed, or will care).

Here's your choice. Risky, but interesting; or blue chip and boring.

What do you think?
Go to the drama class on the saturday instead of work, if its wat u want to do then you should follow your dreams. Sure the money may come in useful, but most girls have loads of clothes anyway and i am sure u have something nice to take with you. or you could change working saturdays to sundays, or in the evenings, that way you can do both. hope that helps
Get your mum to pay for the trip instead of finding you an agent, then you can go and learn how to act. How's an agent going to help if you're not having acting/drama classes? Or you could stay at McDonalds and be their clown! There you go, two birds with one stone!!
