Why do you want the job? br real, you want the job because you want money. money is a motivating factor to get people to do things. i live my job, but if i stopped getting paid for it, i would nto do it.

What are your strengths and weaknesses? weaknesses is that i tend to take my work too seroiusly or that you are a perfectionist. strengths is that you do not need to be told what to do, when you recognize that something needs to be done, you simple do it.
What are your career ambitions? answer honestly, if you dont know come up with something like i plan to study at a college or in the future i would liek to be a _________
What achievements and skills do you think will be useful in this job? i am a go getter that is self directed.
What kind of things do you enjoy doing outside school/work? i enjoy hanging out with my family and playing with my neices and nephews (try to keep it family oriented and not about friends) also something interesteg about your self - i would put that i play in bands, like triathlons and marathons) this can give you something to relate to your interviewer with.
Give some examples of situations where you have worked or participated in a team and whether that worked well and if it didn't work well, why? we had to do a group project at school, it was valuable because i was able to develop ideas and let others have input too. it was a challenge because one person did not do anything, so the rest of us had to pull together and pick up the slack.
Give some examples of any customer situations you've been in where you may have faced a difficult customer and how you handled it. instead of arguing with a cusomter you knew was wrong, you simply said that they were right and tried your best to make them happy.
