Please let me rephrase. Does Julio Osegueda have an IQ less then that of a normal functioning human being? If you listened to his question, looked at how he acted, it's not too hard to figure out why he still works at McDonald's. He should get used to careers over his life time that involve fast food. You see, the way you interact and talk has a direct correlation to the amount of money in life you will make, or the type of career you will get. He's at best, average. Most likely below. He's functional, and employable, but still, he's at best, mediocre. I teach radio, there's a million Julio's. They think DJ is a cool job, know they like to talk, like music, sports, whatever, and know their freinds find them interesting, so they think (though more of a dream, really) they could do it. They often *can* "do it." But, they can't usually do it WELL.
I don't know and you don't either. He is young and was very excited, and even a professional isn't going to be able to accurately judge someone's IQ based off a short question. But if he was really retarded, how was he going to college? Seriously, I know it makes you feel better to believe that everyone who is down on their luck deserves their fate, but some people actually believe in the American dream, and the idea that you can make something of yourself if you apply yourself. Apparently you don't.



But even if he was retarded, he'd still be a step above most AM radio hosts who are not only stupid, but often liars as well.Is Julio Osegueda Retarded?
I'd be astounded if he weren't that way to some effect. The speech patterns, gesticulations and outright gasping when answering kinda tip you off on the matter.



It's one thing to be enthusiastic about an event or a politician or even their syrupy attempts to make domestic policy essentially a "grab bag" for anyone that asks. The fact of the matter is if you're going to ask a question to someone who is the President, composure and decorum should at least kinda enter into your mind if you genuinely believe he or she can help you out in some way.



Or he could be a genuinely stupid attention whore. Either way, dim bulb.
