What do I need to do to get started on a business career?

I'm 15 and I'm going to start my sophomore year next year with 3.75 gpa and no community hours or no job. my goal is being a mcdonalds franchise owner in the future. I live in Georgia btwWhat do I need to do to get started on a business career?
For starters... how about a career with McDonalds. You should be ready to start flipping those Burgers once you turn 16.



If you want to advance with McDonalds... then you need to do what every real manager candidate does: Not whine and cry and complain like your co-workers, be there when others call in sick and always go the extra mile to have the place in the best possible condition during your shift.



"Wasn't Me"... "not my problem"... and "I didn't do it" will never come across your lips if you want to become a Manager of any business.
