Will my knuckle tattoo effect my dream career?

I was drunk about a month ago and got "true pain" tattooed across my knuckles.

I like it and it looks badass but i am worried that i am not going to be able to get jobs or become a doctor or dentist because of it, what do you guys think? am i sentenced to working at mcdonalds the rest of my life? =\Will my knuckle tattoo effect my dream career?
that's not good for your future, in the least, unless you want to be a prison doctor/dentistWill my knuckle tattoo effect my dream career?
Handy dandy makeup will cover it! :) This is the one time makeup will be your best friend and you will have to get over having to do something unmanly. Go to Sephora or another makeup store and get something to cover it while on the job, there are makeups made specifically for such things, Kat Von D has covered the ones on her face and girls do it on a daily basis. Your dream is not over. Keep on working, just chill it with getting drunk and doing stupid things from now on. Although I love tatts and plan on getting them! Get ones where shirts and such will cover! :) Makeup will be the least pain full way, otherwise removal which is costly and hurts like a beotch! :) good luck!

Add: doctors and dentists wear gloves!
Also I am not saying to cover them up all the time, just at work and on interviews. Tattoo's are sexy... :)
Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer- from sephora does magic.
Possibly not a dentist or doctor. As many people are still idiotic when it comes to their health care and think tattoos make someone incompetent. Which is, as I said, idiotic.

But you can be a college teacher. My college teacher was covered head to toe in tattoos (neck and hand included) and uknw he was a college teacher. So tattoos are less taboo in the workplace. Will my knuckle tattoo effect my dream career?
Begin the tattoo removal process. Also, most doctors and dentists wear gloves at all times...so it might not be too big of an issue if it doesn't disappear completely. One more thing because I'm OCD about grammar...you used the wrong form of "effect" in the question. It should be "affect" since it is an action. "Effect" is the product of an action.
Yes. you will probably have trouble getting accepted into medical or dental school. also it doesn't look great to your patients.

if you work really hard and have completely flawless stellar gradesyou might have a chance at a less prominent medical school like Northern Alabama or something. :/ im not promising though. Will my knuckle tattoo effect my dream career?
You should probably just cover it up when you go on interviews and such so you don't look unprofessional and the gloves thing is true so your patients won't see it any way.
Honestly, yeah, it will. People would rather you look professional, and a juvenille tattoo doesn't exactly say that.
