Description

Melitta Systems Services provides superior high-end coffee machines to restaurants. We are currently experiencing significant growth, and need to expand our technical team. We are searching for an experienced maintenance technician with 5-10 years maintenance experience; trade or vocational training a plus; and 3-years of supervisory experience within the coffee/drink machine industry preferred.

We are offering a position as a Service Technician for our commercial coffee machines in different regions. You will be working from home and will be responsible for a specific region. You must be willing to travel to other regions to temporarily support business in varying locations as we continue to grow the business.



Job Accountabilities:

Installation, repair and preventive maintenance on our coffee machines in the stores from our customer. Periodic work on the weekends for customers with breakdowns and technical issues.



Requirements

Knowledge and Competencies:





Must be able to promote a teamwork environment.



Excellent verbal and written skills.



Ability to communicate clearly and give instruction in a concise manner.



Excellent customer service skills, ability to service all levels of customer with the same degree of professionalism.



Agreeable to travel at varying intervals.



Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge.



Hydraulic and machinist skills.



Valid driver鈥檚 license and good driving record
