Career Help! What do I want to do? I have experience. Professional, Managers Help!?

I currently work for a cell phone provider (Maybe VzW). I worked at Mcdonalds for three years with management experience. I loved being in management even though at Mcdonalds it wasnt hard. I like have authority at work and I believe I have that mindset of being a great manager. I like making the rules. Making sure people follow them. The customer are first. Training, hiring, and all the above. I have some hiring and training experience. Merchandising some... Help!



I am in sales now. I kinda hate it. Its pays well and thats where I am having trouble finding a job that will pay the same and have a future for me. I make about 48k a year in sales. I have one year retail experience and one year of automotive sales experience. What would be a good career for me to apply for. I do not have a degree, but the way today looks.... people with degrees make alot less than me in some cases.. Help!! Maybe restaurant management? I dont know! I think I just need a change. It looks like you have gained alot of skills from working at Macdonalds. That's good! Sit down and write out a list of industries that you are interested in and which particular skill you may want to use more of.

Eg. Training, hiring skills- you can go into human resource,employment agent.



Perhaps a merchandiser, purchaser would be interesting.
