I need some help with some legal/career stuff. Nothing big, just a quick question. Any help?

Ok so i found out the legal age to work at a restauraunt in the state that i live in. McDonalds says they only hire older 15 year olds and 16 and above. Could i show them the law and they would have to consider me or is what their doing just their own rules? Like is that the rule of McDonalds? Do u understand what i'm saying?I need some help with some legal/career stuff. Nothing big, just a quick question. Any help?
mcdonalds is not a career. however if you are positive about the law sue 'emI need some help with some legal/career stuff. Nothing big, just a quick question. Any help?
Employers are not required to consider minors for employment. McDonalds, or any other employer, can refuse to hire minors, despite the law stating the minors at X number of years are eligible to work.I need some help with some legal/career stuff. Nothing big, just a quick question. Any help?
there are laws where we get minimum wage personal leave etc tou can actualy work younger on a hardship case if you are the only source of income the law does state how many hours someone your age can work depends if your in school daylight hours etcI need some help with some legal/career stuff. There is a law in your state saying at what age you can "seek" employment. There is no law in any state saying that any company must "give" you employment. A company can decide to not hire minors or to only hire certain ages or above. Stay in school and get a job where they want you, whatever age you are. Good luck
