Anyone is Missouri/Kansas? Need career advice!?

Im in northwest missouri, where all the jobs are walmart or mcdonalds. I want to get a degree and hopefully work from home. Whats a good career to get into here? what could i do from home? HELPAnyone is Missouri/Kansas? Need career advice!?

Well, if you want real employment and to work from home, you should look at graphic design, computer engineering, writing, insurance



Most jobs require getting out of the house even if you have a home office. You still need to go out and hustle. Work is work. Even in NW Missouri, you can still be a teacher, engineer, real estate broker, insurance representative, commodities broker (sell pig parts).



Go to college. the old NW state school is now part of the U of Missouri system. It's a wonderful place to get your teaching credentials.

Go to the nearest vocational school or junior college or college and visit their employment center. They'll have what you need without committing to anything. If you know their names well enough, surf their website to create educated answers.
