i going to drop out of highschool. i dont know what to do. maybe play guitar,work at mcdonalds, or start my own search engine. i need tips of how to start one. its going to b called nuendo. please help or if u have sugestions about what careers i should pursueCan u help me decide my future?

You must be an entrepreneur. Are you 18? If not, stay in school or find a real good paying job until you're 18 to help you save up enough to get a real start in the online world.. ;-)Can u help me decide my future?

Why on earth are you going to drop out of high school? You made it that far, you can't stick it out?



McDonald's may be ok for a teen, but an adult needs to be able to move up to a better job, like a real career, someday in order to support themselves. How are you going to do that if you don't finish your education? Because they really do look at that during hiring you know. Do you really want to be a 30-year-old someday working at McDonald's and living with mom and dad still because you don't make enough money to live on your own?



Son, if it was that easy to simply start your own search engine, I'd have already done something like that and would be making a bunch of money myself.



Seriously, that kind of stuff requires college education and degrees. Both dealing with the actual job itself AND the boring education necessary to know on how to run your own business.



You are also talking about knowing and buying (*expensive*) all the software and programming and coding and possibly hardware that you might need. Do you know HTML, JAVE, CSS, and other scripting? Do you know Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, animation programs, and any other software that might be necessary? Do you have the training and know-how to be a webmaster? In order to have a search engine do people need to purchase the same kind of large system thing that web hosts have to have?



Yeah....and the guitar thing...unless you are some exceptional talent that we've already seen featured on tv, normally that would take an art major in music to go very far with that. The *majority* of people don't just luck out and randomly get a career. While we sometimes hear to those it did happen for, those people are a very few exceptions that got lucky.
Well, let me offer this;

Stay in school, or be different and get a fishing liscense and move around until you find a business location. Catch and sell your fish.
